I、Brief

Riveting machine is a new riveting equipment developed on the basis of cold rolling principle. It means to rivet things together with rivets. The device has compact structure, stable performance, convenient operation and safety. Riveting machine mainly by rotating and pressure to complete the assembly, mainly used in rivet riveting occasions, common pneumatic, hydraulic and electric, single head and double head and other specifications.

II、 Technological Requirements

In the automatic mode, the first height displacement sensor to detect the lock rod is qualified, optical fiber sensor to detect whether there is base material, and then through the manipulator synthesis, transport, riveting, riveting and finally height detection, lettering and other process of products.

HMI Program：
Main screen: This screen mainly monitors the number of riveted joints, the number of failed locks, the finished products of the lock rod, sensor status, etc..

Parameter screen (the system parameter settings): 1. set the full time, feed too fast, need to pause.
2., riveting time, height, detection time, lettering and other parameters.。

V、Summary

1, each product between the robot hand coordination, logical control;
